vipj is strictly for users aged 21 years and older, as mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. No person under 21 may register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings through the vipj platform. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with vipj. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals. vipj uses identity verification to detect and close duplicate registrations.
Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. vipj reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
All promotional offers and bonuses at vipj are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the vipj platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 By registering an Account on vipj, accessing vipj.asia, or using any service provided through the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the vipj platform in any capacity.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to your use of the vipj platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
2.3 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 To register and use the vipj platform for Real Money Play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.2 vipj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access Real Money Play at vipj, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly upon any change.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account with vipj at any time. Attempting to register or maintain multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts identified by vipj will be closed without notice. Balances in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, including any winnings or bonus funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vipj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify vipj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
vipj is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in response to applicable AML obligations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address upon request. vipj may suspend your Account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 vipj accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Transfer, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods available may change from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds using payment methods belonging to a third party. vipj reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any Account where a third-party payment method is identified.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the vipj cashier. These limits may be subject to change and may vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is ₱100 for qualifying payment methods, subject to adjustment.
5.4 vipj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. vipj is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
6.1 Withdrawal requests from your vipj Wallet are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) vipj's AML review processes. vipj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. vipj may require that withdrawals be returned to the depositing account to comply with AML obligations.
6.3 Processing times for verified accounts are generally: GCash — under 15 minutes; Maya — under 15 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by third-party processing schedules, AML reviews, or public holidays.
6.4 vipj may decline or delay a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, vipj will notify you of the reason to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.5 If your Account is closed for any reason and you have a positive Wallet balance consisting entirely of funds you personally deposited (net of any applicable bonus conditions), vipj will return those funds to you within a reasonable timeframe after completing required verification.
7.1 vipj may offer various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all vipj promotions:
7.3 vipj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including where vipj reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, exploiting a technical error, or acting in bad faith.
8.1 All games offered on the vipj platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of the relevant game.
8.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (for RNG-based titles) or by real physical game equipment operated by licensed live dealer studios (for Playtech Live titles). vipj does not manipulate game outcomes. All game software providers used by vipj are certified by recognized independent testing laboratories.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, vipj will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly and in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. vipj reserves the right to void any game round that is demonstrably affected by a technical error. Players will not be entitled to any winnings generated as a result of a malfunction.
8.4 Bets placed and accepted by the vipj system are binding. You accept that vipj will not cancel or reverse bets that have been accepted and properly processed, except where expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable game rules.

11.1 vipj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vipj reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used in a fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful manner; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to vipj, other Players, or compliance with applicable regulations; or (d) the Account holder requests closure.
11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vipj reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting vipj support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to any pending verification or withdrawal processing.
12.1 All content on the vipj platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio-visual materials, user interface design, and the compilation thereof, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the express written permission of the Operator.
13.1 The vipj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player into their vipj Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 The Operator shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) interruptions to service caused by events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party payment processor failures, or telecommunications outages.
14.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by vipj is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vipj.asia/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and the Operator.
14.2 By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the vipj Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on the Account, or by prominent notice on the vipj platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 Your continued use of the vipj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting vipj support.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipj platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.3 For complaints relating to the conduct of gaming activity, Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedure.
