9.1 vipj uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They do not contain executable code and cannot access files or information on your device beyond what they store.
9.2 You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent access to your vipj account. vipj does not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising or share cookie data with third-party advertising networks.
10.1 The vipj platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. vipj does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR as the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activity in the Philippines.
10.2 vipj implements age verification during the registration process and through KYC procedures to prevent underage access. If we become aware that personal data of a person under 21 has been collected, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data to the extent not required for legal reporting purposes, and notify the relevant regulatory authorities where required.

11.2 vipj will not charge a fee for exercising any data subject right, except where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive — in which case we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with written explanation.
12.1 In providing the vipj platform, certain personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines — for example, by third-party game providers (such as Playtech's UK-based studio infrastructure) or by cloud infrastructure providers with servers in other countries.
12.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, vipj ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including: (a) data processing agreements with the receiving party requiring data protection standards equivalent to those required by the DPA; (b) transfers only to jurisdictions with adequate data protection frameworks recognized under NPC guidelines; or (c) standard contractual clauses adopted by the NPC or its recognized equivalents.
12.3 Financial transaction data processed through GCash and Maya remains subject to the data protection obligations of those providers under Philippine law and their own Privacy Policies.
13.1 vipj may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by: (a) email notification to your registered email address; and/or (b) a prominent notice on the vipj platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.
